Went to look for walking shoes. There were three sales associates deep in conversation 5 feet from us. Not one asked if we needed help and when we asked for a shoe they pointed to the scan machine and continued their conversation. Poor customer service for such high prices.
Good selection but there is the worst high-pitch sound in the women's/kid's shoe section. I wouldn't complain, but the sound has been there for at least a year. I can't imagine being an employee and listening to the noise all day.
Great selection of items they even have the project rock items from under armour now I can pick them up on the same no more waiting.
Great supply of items found what we needed and very friendly people willing to help any way they can. Great customer service!!!
This store has some of everything for indoor and outdoor sports and activities. The first thing I noticed walking in was the fire arm check in and I was greeted by an employee. I was looking for a dart board but I wasn't in a hurry to find it so I didn't ask for help, even though 3 employees I came across asked me if I needed anything. Everything was very neat and displayed nicely. The cashier was very friendly and efficient. Very nice visit.
