BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!nnI was in the area and happened to see online that the store was open online. I was greeted by the store manager Ms. Saline along with a couple of other staff members. Great energy and welcoming!!! I was helped by Mr. Mike, Zach, and Anna!!! Amazing customer service, great suggestions on different products, and very knowledgeable about the product in the store. HIGHLY RECOMMEND VISITING THIS LOCATION!!!
Helpful staff that knows the merchandise. Well stocked, the only place that still had camping stoves in this end of town. Limited number of shoppers allowed in the store.
REI is being intentional with minimizing exposure and social distancing. Very respectful. Had good experience getting tandem kayak I had been looking for.
Will never spend a penny here. There are plenty of retailers that haven't bought into the mask lie. Can't wear a mask due to health problems but have worn a face shield since the beginning and never had a problem anywhere else.
Dustin did a great job fitting me for a hiking bag and then put weight on it to help simulate the trail! This bag is awesome! So comfy!nHe was also patient and helped me find a good sleeping bag for my trip. They had everything I was missing and now I feel better prepared!nThank you!
