Great service and really nice people. Just a super easy and helpful place. Loved it.

I brought in on a Friday afternoon two bikes that both needed two new tires each plus one needed a new inner tube. The service rep taking in my bikes explained that the shop was very busy and it would be almost a week before they would be done. I was okay with that as I would not need them until the next weekend. I got a text on the next day Saturday late sayiny the bikes are done and with still enough time to pick them to that day if I would have seen the text, my fault. Pricing was very fair for both the tires and inner tube and the labor for service work extremely fair less that what I was expecting. Thank You for the GREAT service.

Last Saturday my teen age daughter and I stopped by on a whim to check out the bike selection. We had bought a Trek for her the year before and figured it was my turn. We weren’t even in the door and we were instantly greeted by an incredibly friendly, bubbly young sales representative named Lauren. She instantly asked what brought us in and was more than eager to help me find a bike. She showed us the selection and I was debating between a Trek and Specialized. Not knowing much about bikes she answered so many questions and explained what each one had to offer. I was so impressed with her knowledge, her patience, and kindness. I decided on the Trek. The other two young gentleman working Ben and another friendly young man helped with the final tune up. They were also so outgoing and incredibly personable. The way all three of them carried on a conversation with me and my daughter were like they knew us and we were all that mattered. I have never been a part of such amazing customer service. My daughter commented several times how friendly they all were especially Lauren. I told my daughter that is how it should always be and was so fortunate she got to witness such kindness and professionalism! Our smiles seriously lasted all day. Thank you so much Sports Den!!
