The room was clean, bed was comfy, and the hotel staff was amazing. The breakfast attendant, Cathy, was wonderful with my kids and I. She went above and beyond to assist us while having breakfast. The front desk staff was very polite, friendly, and helped with anything we asked. Housekeeping was also great when speaking with them. Overall, the hotel experience we wish we could have at every hotel. My family and I will be returning!

Great amenities, nice rooms, comfortable beds. The room was nice, and appliances worked well. We used the laundry in the basement, which was a huge plus for our long trip, and the swimming pool and spa are open during Covid, with number restrictions. Unlike too many hotels, they have manages to keep the hot breakfast buffet open during Covid, and the selection is good. The manager is on hand, and is very accommodating.

If I could give zero stars I would. Reserved two rooms for two nights. We have three kids and my husband and myself. When making the reservation I was prompted to write an adults name on the other room, AS A GUEST. So each room has an adult and kids -makes sense. Go to check in at 11pm and give my confirmation number and name, and the front desk says she only has one room with one bed, which is not my reservation of two rooms with a bed and sofa in each. I cannot sleep 5 people in one bed so I am forced to go find a room last minute, overpay, and inconvenience my family to death. I was told that my card was NOT being processed, but guess what! They processed it. I called days later when the charge went through and of course they will refund me, but only half (which I’ve been fighting for, for two weeks). It was my fault because I only presented them with one name, the name that was used on the reservation, the name that was emailed confirmation, the name on the card that was used to hold the rooms. I was supposed to know that they split reservations have their own confirmation numbers internally, so we had two numbers, which we never knew about. And. That’s that. They won’t refund me because the owner would be so mad. What. The . F.

Probably the worst best western hotel I’ve stayed at, yet it is called best western “plus” breakfast was just not good and tasty at all. people were great. Breakfast guy was very clumsy, with things, but overall he tried ! Will never stay here again I expected better from best western. Called for towels nothing happened I had to go get them myself.
