Very Nice lobby and conference center. But it is definitely being underutilized right now during the pandemic. My company utilized several conference rooms over about a week stay. Comfortable and very accommodating. And conveniently located right in downtown Provo.
Arrived late it had 3 people at the desk to assist. Parking was super close to the entrance but very tight parking. Our rate included breakfast that was a buffet with safety precautions. The room was nice, lots of television channels, bed and pillow were comfortable and the bathroom clean. Great location to walk to stores, bars or whatever.
So far it's been a great conference here at the Events Center. Place is clean and well-managed. Our first meal was quite enjoyable. Meat was tender and flavorful.
Very clean, nice decor. The room was spacious and well appointed.
August greeted us at the front desk both nights we stayed and she was so sweet and overall just lovely! The room was very spacious and the room service was great as well! Very clean and the pillows were fantastic!
