Was a good place to stay. When I first got there was kinda rough start but after a few days it was all good.
Dirty, horrible service. Didn't have any toilet paper in the room. The lock on the door didn't even work so there was no way to lock the room up when gone. Owner/Manager very rude. Had to ask to get everything that should have been in the room. No soap or anything usually provided in room had to go ask for everything and when having to keep asking for things got looked at like a problematic and pest by manager. No phone provided at all in the room. Horrible experience.
Truly RUDE. I wouldn't stay here if you paid me.
Run down and dirty. Go to a national chain motel in Provo. There are plenty of good places to stay. This is not one of the nice places.
The manager were rude and the rooms were very dirty!
