Walmart Pharmacy

The pharmacy techs here are very rude. A couple of weeks ago I came to pick up my scripts, which I received a text that it was ready. When i arrived, a new tech couldn’t find my info in the system and got smart with me - he asked if I was sure I know my correct DOB/name and was very adamant that I don’t exist in their system even though it’s my 3rd refill there. It wasn’t until an OG tech stepped in to help that she was about to find my script. What I’m trying to say is - don’t be rude if you don’t know what you’re doing to begin with. Additionally, every time I call to fill my NEW script on file, they always give me a hard time about same day pick up. Always give me the speech about 24 hour wait for refills even though I’m trying to fill a NEW script NOT refills.

I had the most horrific experience with this Walmart pharmacy. The first time I came I had to wait for over an hour just to be told they needed more information, yet didn't bother calling me. Today we dropped off our babies prescription. I called 4-5 times with no answer. When someone finallly answered she told me the price of the medication and that I'd have to wait 5 hours. I advised her I have a very sick baby. We went to pick up the medication at 6:00 pm, per her instructions. We were told that they didn't have the medication and would not have it for 3 days! I was in shock! First, they never bothered to check that they had the medicine in stock before telling me when it would be ready! Plus, upon realizing it was not in stock, they didn't bother to call and let us know! Then they never even offered to find another pharmacy! if they had just called or let us know we might have been able to have our doctor call in something else! By the time we found this out it was 7:00 pm and we had to call several pharmacies to find the medication! With a very sick baby! On top of that when we complained to the pharmacist he said he'd call and locate another pharmacy. He finally called back an hour later saying he'd already transferred the prescription to another pharmacy! Without my permission! I told him we'd already found one that had the medication and he said there was nothing he could do. By the time I finally got the medication it was 9:30 pm!!! This pharmacy is horrific and incredible unprofessional. They do not care about the well being of their customers or the fact that our baby could've ended up in the ER because of their lack of integrity or decency. All the staff there should be fired!

Great value and excellent products

The manager of this place is very sweet and doesn't like you to be disappointed but every time I come here there is a problem and I end up having to keep coming back. I am no longer coming here due to the inconsisties they give me.

Toun, guy who works there, was really nice and he suggested I check for a discount coupon online which was a brilliant idea because I saved a pile of money.
