Came here to fill a prescription for my son after an urgent care visit. The urgent care sent the script for us but when I arrived the pharmacist completely started from scratch even though we told her it was sent over directly.nnThey told us it would take 20 mins to fill so we waited. Ultimately it took an hour. When we returned to pick up the script in the drive through. The line had three cars ahead which took forever then when we got back to the window the pharmacist acted like she had no recollection of us and fumbled around with our DOB, name spelling and number trying to pull the script up. She then told us it would be a few more minutes which we immediately reminded her that it had been nearly 40 so we were staying in the drive through and not moving.nnShe comes back one minute later and then quotes us the full price for the script. They couldn’t apply our insurance due to the pharmacist saying the system was telling her the information was wrong.nnOverall this was the most terrible trip to the pharmacy. I’ve never cared enough to write a review for a Walgreens but today took me there.

Okay. Today, after 12 years, I have officially given up on this location. I have kept up with the bad customer service, bad communication and simply the overall lack of customer service. You guys need to train and supervise your employees. I don’t appreciate the disrespect and careless attitude I have experienced by your employees.nnIn less than five minutes of calling the location on Stacy Road in Allen, I had someone on the phone with a better attitude and willingness to help. He even apologized for my experience at the other pharmacy. They said “they have heard of this concern” but will be more than happy to change that experience at this location.

Really kind staff and on top of things. Helped with getting our prescriptions pulled over to their location and getting us setup in the system. Really smooth process.

I can always find what I'm looking for here and if not I can ask for help. Also if they don't have it in stock I can see if they can order it. If I order something online in-store I can pick it up in a few days.nYou like Takis?? Found theses and are pretty good. Only for a limited time.nnLooking for a good movie?? Walgreens now has a good selection for good prices.

Pharmacist Had a complete mental breakdown.... started crying and screaming calling me names cause I simply asked why he took the drive Thur cars first when I stood there for no exaggeration 15mins in the line for him to come out of the back then help the drive Thur cars that just then pulled up. Let him help the cars first then I heard him tell the cars it would be 30 mins. Before they got there meds. He told me 2 and a half hours I said why so long he told me he has 2 cars in front of me then he starting crying and calling me names and stuff. Truly think the guy is overworked. Sad deal
