I always like the Sleep Inn. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. My wife is more highfalutin than I am and likes the luxury spots but I don't go places to just hang out in my hotel room so they're all I really need. The staff was courteous and helpful and we enjoyed our time there. I do have one complaint that is only a complaint because I swear it happens more often than not when I stay in hotels these days. the remote for the TV was dead. I don't know if it was the batteries or not but it wouldn't work and they had to come and replace it. This has happened at the last three hotels I've stayed in and it's getting old. This is a small complaint but it does involve me taking time to resolve and I wish they'd check these things when they make up rooms. The last one the TV would turn on with the remote but it wouldn't adjust the volume or change the channels. Here, it didn't work at all.

I wish I could give a 3.5 star review because if I could that is what I’d give it. I thought the staff was very helpful and if we needed more of anything they were happy to help. They were wearing masks, which was nice but not necessary in my opinion. The pool and gym was still open even with COVID-19 which is cool. I also love having a refrigerator in the room and the one we has was super cold which was a plus. The air conditioning worked great as well. This is the part where the rating goes from a 5 to a 3.5 rating. There was a torn piece of carpet on the floor in our room. I didn’t mind it but it makes the overall room look worse. The door for our bathroom didn’t lock. I’m not a huge fan of the sliding door to begin with so it was frustrating that this didn’t work. The shower is spacious, but the part where you put your soaps is weird because you can’t more than 4 things on it otherwise it all just slips off. The tv is outdated and the quality of the screen is bad as well. It feels like it was bought 5 years ago and hasn’t been upgraded.

Great location. Great customer service. Comfortable beds. I would stay here again if or when passing through in this situation again. I also like to hear and see that this place is pet friendly.

Exquisitely large room with sumptiously fluffy bed. A/C does not blast, but it cools off fine if you let it run awhile. Great shower and all so clean. Staff is busy but helpful. Lotsa dogwalk areas around here -- grassy, sidewalks, little traffic.

Super comfortable bed, clean, quiet, good location, friendly staff, great value. It is a little smaller than other hotels but right size for the price. My dogs were happy with the stay as well😊
