We didn't have reservations. 6/12 I called and s/w Gabby. On 6/25 I called and s/w Tyler. Both times we were about 2 1/2 hours away from Provo. There was no problem getting a room. The room and service was wonderful. Everyone we contacted was friendly and helpful. This was our first road trip. l will definitely stay here again if we make a 2nd road trip!
Beautiful room. Beautiful hotel. Courteous and attentive staff. Posh furnishings. This hotel is a keeper!
We just arrived so may update later. This is an older hotel. So far, seems clean. We’re on the 3rd floor, Ice machine is down on the 2nd floor. Pool is open but hot tub is closed due to mechanical problems. I should have called before booking. Was hoping to have some hot tub time.
Addition: We’ve checked out and on our way. Even though the hotel was older it was extremely clean. The staff were all great and very attentive. Our beds were a little hard but they were nice and brought us extra comforters and blankets to make them softer when we called down at 1AM. Tip top service!!!
PS-The Arby’s next door had terrible service. Definitely wouldn’t go there again.
Everything on my 2 night stay went well. The room had not been used for a while so the hot water took about 30 mins to get to the shower. Overall it was a good stay. My visit was during the last week of May and restrictions were still in place. Pool was closed, and nothing for breakfast, but the exercise room was open. Why one was open and not the other, I'm not sure. This place would have hit a 5 if the room rate would have been adjusted due to the amenities being closed, or if some sort of breakfast food would have been served,(pre packaged pastry, fruit, etc...) or even a gift card to a nearby fast-food joint for a breakfast sandwich.
We booked a queen room but my wife was in need of an accessible room for her wheelchair. Linda at the front desk was great with assisting us in getting the room changed without any hassle whatsoever. Breakfast was great and tasted good. We loved Linda. She was the most friendliest and helpful front desk attendant we have had the chance of dealing with. :)
