I would not recommend to anyone. The check in was great. The lady that checked us in was very friendly. The checkout was not. The lady looked like she had come in off the street and was not friendly. Hardly acknowledged me when I stepped to the desk. The room looked clean but it really wasn't there was dust bunnies, cobwebs and old food behind the bed. There was a hole in the bathroom door and big marks of missing paint on the wall like there had been a brawl in the room. The plumbing was so slow we thought the toilet would clog. The drain in the bathtub did not drain well after one shower so we did not take another one. The outlooks for cell phone and regular plugs were minimal or non existent. There was no outlet on the wall next to the bed so we could not plug a cell phone in there.
This place works. The beds are very comfortable and clean. I stayed here with my wife and dog. Very good setup for dogs. Could use a little updating but overall worth the money and the staff was very polite
This is our main stay in Provo! The rooms are clean, the beds comfy, nice TV! And, they are PET FRIENDLY!! Great breakfast bar with delicious biscuits!!
The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean but had no ventilation in the bathrooms. We also stayed during the Covid shutdowns so the rec center and pool were closed and the breakfast was a granola bar and can of oj, but it served its purpose well.
We love this place. The staff here are just the best. We had to stay here for an extended period of time and the staff here made us feel like are room was home. When arriving are room was clean and quite. The staff would go above and beyond to keep us comfortable. Quick response to anything we asked for. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a great hotel. I have stayed at the more expensive hotels and there is really no comparison to this cheaper hotel.
