On Top did a great job replacing my Mother's roof. They were prompt and did the job for exactly what they said it would cost. I highly recommend them!
Jud Allen came to look at the hail damage on my house and said he was interested in bidding on the insurance repairs. I set up an appointment with the insurance adjuster, called Jud with the appointment time and he claimed he would be there to go over the damage with the adjuster. Tried to contact him in advance to be certain he would show but he never responded to my messages or calls. Guess what? He never showed and never called back. Typical roofing company, unreliable! And if you hire one of these guys and they do a bad job, they still want to be paid since they can threaten to put a lien on your house. I don't know what their work is like but their reliability is zero! I would NOT recommend you trust this company for your roof repairs.
I am evaluating OTR-Allen from a few years ago; it is terrible. A job done two years ago now needs its second repair. The company is not responsive.nnOTR-Allen is not to be confused with the previous version of OTR, now called OTR 2000, and run by Bob Santini, who has always done a fine job for me and has solved even unconventional problems.
Bob Santini is highly skilled, professional, friendly, honest and thoughtful. His was the lowest of three bids for my roof replacement several years ago. He didn't ask what the insurance estimate was, which is what some companies do. He was the lead worker as well as foreman on the job. He promptly came back to fix leaks years later. I recommend him highly.
My experience with Bob and his crew were great. Bob was prompt and professional.
