Bike Barn

I have been to bike barn more than once and each time I felt as though the staff really enjoy working there! Staff knowledgeable, patient, kind and courteous. Made decision making very easy. A great place to shop!!

The costumer service was amazing. I never had somebody care so much about my bike and about giving me a fair price. I truly appreciate it and will come back in the future.

I saw a bike on their website, reached out after hours via Facebook to confirm that it is in stock, and was surprised to receive a response within a few minutes and was told that one would be put aside for us. When we got there the bike was ready for a test ride. Jud and his team are great... they were extremely helpful, honest and didn’t pressure us to buy one bike or another. Definitely made the drive from Dallas a worthwhile trip!

First, as a newer bike builder:n- website was easy to navigaten- prices were greatn- customer services was great (quick responses, easy to work with, nice receipt break down emailed to me)n- delivery was great (different parts were nicely organized in the package)nnAdditionally, when I had the work quoted by a shop, I was sad it would cost so much but bike barn had most of the parts I needed which made me super happy. My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Bike Barn. Austin worked with us to find the bikes right for our needs. He worked with us on type, size, and style. He took the time to make sure we had the type of bike we were wanting. Once the bikes arrived, he contacted us and had everything ready for us to be in and out very quickly.
