Quality work! We are very pleased with Sanchez roofing. They worked fast and they had to make several adjustments to our roof since the house was older and not squared well. My husband and I are completely satisfied with Sanchez roofing. We just completed a roof replacement and guttering project and are very happy with the end result. The crew was friendly, professional and efficient. Gilbert was great to work with. He communicated with us every step of the way. We had rain, but our roof was well protected and the rain didn't present a problem at all. Installation was completed as promised, and on time. Most importantly, we paid a fair price. I'd recommend Sanchez Roofing to family and friends, and we are already working with Gilbert on an additional project.

We had a job replacing 2 metal awnings that was very hard to do for various reasons. Other metal roofers had bailed out on us at the last minute. I found this company and Gilbert the owner was able to help us with his crew, charged us a competitive price and got it done when he promised. We are pleased with the service. Communication was very fluid all the time.

The communication and work with this company was very unprofessional. To begin with they decided to work on my roof when a thunderstorm was present which allowed water to seep in during this time until they finished. The owner Gilbert was aware of the problem I initally had with water seeping in due to a slope in the roof but he did not correct the problem and just redid the roof as normal. After this water began seeping in even more than before. When I asked Gilbert to correct it he said he would but then he began to give me the run around. After months I finally gave up and asked for my money back as promised if I was not satisfied and to this day I have not been able to get a hold of him or he has not tried returning my messages. I would think twice before doing any business with this company as they are not genuine when issues are addressed .nnResponse to your remark: Is that really what happened? I think not! You can lie all you want to try and save face for your company on this review but you and I both know that was not the truth. After all my calls and messages you never once relayed this information. You agreed to the price for the estimate you gave me. That was on you. It is not my fault you feel that you should have been paid more for your unsatisfactory work. Is this all really necessary for $1500.00. A company with perfect reviews?????? would want to make right.

So glad we chose to go with Sanchez Metal Roofing. Very satisfied with the workmanship, appearance and price of our new metal roof. The owners are very professional and easy to work with. The crews were great and very efficient. The installation foreman, David, was a joy to work with. We can’t wait for them to install our new seamless gutters. Great Job…Thanks Guys!!!
