I love this shop. I tried out a bike that my husband was gonna get. I kind of liked it, but I felt wiggly n couldn't balance well. We were gonna get it anyway.nnBut then Bolt suggested I tried the Pace 500. N voila, it felt a lot better to ride, easier for me to get on n off the bike. I definitely appreciated the fact that they made suggestion that made me comfortable on the bike.nnWe bought it. I rode it soon as I got home, n man oh man, wind on my face, pedal assist for the hills, throttle when I wanna go vroom vroom. I had an awesome time!nnCan't wait 'till hubby's bike arrive so we can ride together. It's so much fun!

I really like this place. Trying to purchase my first ebike and did some research since I wanted to support local. I’ve been there only once but the staff treats you like you’ve been buddies for years. Marty is super nice and so full of knowledge. He answered all of my questions and more. Very excited to purchase my bike from them in the near future

Just bought two E-Bikes and couldn't be happier. I did a lot of research on bikes, but I also wanted to find a local dealer who sold and could maintain my E-Bikes. I decided to buy an Aventon, and I wanted a local dealer to buy them from and service then. I found Small Planet eBikes and Marty. What a great guy. I can't want until this pandemic is over so I can sit outside and chat a bit with Marty. A really stand-up guy. So I bought two great bikes today(Pace 500 and Pace 350) and made a friend. I would say it is a good day.

Would give more than six stars if possible. The owner is exceedingly knowledgeable and super-friendly. Spent time answering all of our questions about the bike we were buying. Great experience.
