San Antonio Bike Shop

***BEWARE BEFORE PURCHASING A BIKE HERE***nI bought a Kona Rove bike from this shop. My bike was stolen a week ago and the owner/manager has been such a huge disappointment with providing any type of help for information with the serial number, warranty info or anything which i needed the most since i found the bike but needed the serial number to get it back. He stated he doesn’t keep his “files” at the store, but at home. Then he said they are in a storage. He has no longer been responsive to any of my inquiries. I will never purchase another bike from this shop as he is unprofessional, unorganized and doesn’t care for his customers after they make expensive purchases from him.

For anyone who gets a chance to check these guys out they are more than helpful.I was having a little grind on my rear hub and they fixed the problem in a heart beat and got me back on the road and also checked tire pressure on mine,my daughter's and sons bikes @ no charge THANKS ALOT GUYS I APPRECIATE U BOTHnSUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS OWNERSnSAN ANTONIO BIKE SHOP

Was able to get my bike repaired within two days when other bike shops were saying a week. And afterward it rode better than when it was brand new. Great prices too. Thank you so much

Stopped in to have some work done on my bike. From the second I walked in, I felt very welcomed and the two guys there quickly took care of what I needed. Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Prices were also great! Highly recommend to anyone looking to have work done on their bike. They also have a cool little shop dog
