Quality product choices. When something had limited availability, he let us know and looked at what he could do to get us taken care with alternate solutions and honest answers. Very knowledgeable staff, he worked to fit our current and future needs for beginning riders. He worked with us to get fitted properly and gave very helpful advice after watching us in motion. Probably the best buying experience I have had this year!! Quick, easy, patient and efficient; exactly what I look for in World class service.

Bike World is awesome! I've been an avid cyclist for over 30 years now as well as having lived all over the country at one time or another. I've purchased several new bikes over the years from here and always been extremely happy. This is also the place I always go for tune ups, parts, bike gear, etc...People are always friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help you out with anything you need. When we moved back to San Antonio recently being close enough to cycle to bike world was a major point in looking for a new house...

I went in for a bike for someone of my height and size I'm 4ft 11 and 130 lbs so I needed something small enough for me but an adult bike. Something durable and safe. Tom was the guy who helped my self and my husband help me find a bike that was a perfect fit for size. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained all the features of the bike I was purchasing. Thank you so much for a great experience.

The sales person at bike world was great! He was very patient and knowledgeable, guided me through the entire process of choosing and purchasing the correct bicycle for a beginner cyclist. I bought several accessories for my bicycle, not once did it feel like I was being up sold anything. Overall I got exactly what I was looking for, very pleased with the service and product I received.
