Having to replace roof for the first time, I didn't know what to expect. I contacted several roofing companies, but I felt that Puigdomenech was the most genuine.nnWhen I first called, they explained to me how the company is different from many other roofing companies. And this is important to me, because I did not want to just hire a company because they offered the cheapest quote. They were able to promptly come to my home and survey it. They inspected the roof and were very helpful explaining to me the different options that I had. Just 2 days later, he came back with a very detailed quote that included pictures. For all this reason, I chose to work with Puigdomenech.nnAt the end, the installation went very successful and the roof looks great now. The crew came on time and at the end they cleaned up really well.nnI appreciate all of the work that you did for my home. It looks great.
It has been a few weeks since the team at Puigdomenech finished the new roof on my house and I am more then happy with the job. The roof looks beautiful and I'm sure it will last for many, many years. But what really sets Puigdomenech apart is that after the job was done they went over everything, including personally fixing a screen that was accidentally damaged during the install, to ensure that I was 100% completely happy with the job before they would consider it done. The next time I need any roof work done, Puigdomenech will be my first and only call.
I called Puigdomenech for an estimate on my roof repair. The quote given to me was very reasonable and therefore I gave them the okay to start my leaky roof repair. In fact, the crew was able to start on my roof project the very next day. I was very impressed with the professionalism of their crew because they came promptly every day at 7 a.m. and did a beautiful job of replacing and redoing my tile roof in less than a week. I am also very happy to report that there were no water leaks into the house after the very heavy thunderstorm rains we recently had. Puigdomenech roofing rep came out to give me a quote on replacing my roof. They thoroughly inspected the roof and discussed what was needed and what my options were. Each time I had a question they responded to me immediately. When I decided to use them they told me they were about one week out from being able to do the job, however they were able to fit me in ahead of schedule. They completely replaced my roof and installed a new system in few days, which was wonderful! Richard, the owner, was very helpful in recommending what I should do, and all of the workers were pleasant and efficient.
I have had two occasions to use Puigdomenech roofing - once on my home and once on a rental house - and both times Puigdomenech roofing provided excellent service and did an outstanding job. They stood out from other roofing companies right from the beginning: they answered my phone calls and, if I left a message, returned my calls promptly. Was very satisfied with their work and support. Overall 10/10 from me.
