Extremely poor customer service. As a real estate investor, homeowner, and businessman, I always believe in making sure a job is done to the customer’s satisfaction, even if it may cost me a bit more. For $10,000, I was told this job would be done in one day. First of all job was completed in 5 days, not one. Even 2 would have been acceptable. Second, his workers were drinking beer on my property during the job. That is extremely unsafe and unprofessional. Third, for what was paid, there were parts of the soffit and fascia board that were not painted. Fourth, when finished, he was very unprofessional by asking my daughter to locate me to come and give him cash while I was on my job. Again, very unprofessional. Lastly, when I explained to him the unsatisfactory status of the performance overall, he did not offer to make it right. Nor did he offer a discount.nnI can not recommend this business at all. Extremely unprofessional, and not worth the price for the performance and the integrity.
