Moses and his crew were amazing! The windows are a very good quality and the price is a very great value. His crew was very respectful, efficient and professional. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Would definitely recommend to all my neighbors, friends, and family.

BUYER BEWARE! We purchased new windows from Window Source about a year ago and everything was great. Two windows gave us issues and they came out to replace them. Keep reading.....The person that installed our 2 windows broke our blind, the window does not stay open in an upright position,the window does not lock and they never called us back for a follow up. This is unacceptable with the amount of money that was wasted on these windows. The sales people will promise you the world, but after your windows are installed, Good Luck! My wife and I are both military and we do not have time for them to keep coming back to fix windows. I will keep you updated on this outcome. I will call them tomorrow,Saturday March 13,2021. Let's see how responsive they will be to their mess up. Now I have a house that is unsecured because of a new window they installed and does not lock.nnUPDATE:nAfter I posted this review, the owner came to look at the issue. He was very helpful in explaining what was wrong and admitted the window was not level. He made it right and in my book, that is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would definitely reccoment this company for anyone who is looking to invest in windows for their home. Thank you Moses for addressing my concerns. I even ordered 2 more windows and will definitely keep everyone updated on the installation process.

I have been meaning to replace my windows for a few years. I reached out to the Window Source of San Antonio and they took care of everything. I have shopped around a bit and found they we the most professional and had the best pricing. I could not be happier with our new windows. Thank you Window Source of San Antonio!
