SpringHill Suites by Marriott San Antonio Northwest at The RIM

Stayed there last night on business and the stay was fantastic!! Staff was amazing and very friendly. It was about 9:30 and needed to get some work and the lobby was perfect. There were a couple other business traveling groups down there working also with some bottles of wine you could buy, they had beer too. The breakfast was awesome and it was a hot breakfast... all done very well with covid procedures. Oh also the rooms were very very nice! Would definitely stay here again! Y’all keep up the good work.

I picked this hotel because it was super close to Fiesta Texas but also because of the great reviews. Well folks, I am a happy customer and will return in the future. After spending the whole day at Six Flags, we checked in to a clean, large, modern room with a nice pull out couch for the kids. Their friendly customer service was top notch. Beds were comfortable. After an effortless check out process, I accidentally tossed a bag of my hubby's hygiene stuff along with some medicine in the outside trash can. We didn't realize this until we made it home to Houston. I called the hotel immediately and spoke to the GM Robert. I told him I either left it in the room or in the outside trash can when cleaning out my car. He took my number and actually called me back soon after to tell me his team went through the trash can and found my husband's belongings. I was shocked and also elated. He verified my mailing address so he could mail the bag back to me. This is great customer service yall. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definitely return.

VERY disappointed with this hotel!! We booked 2 rooms. Absolutely no sleep due to the extremely loud sounds of “laundry pipes” as it was explained to us at the front desk. Unfortunately I’m unable to attach the video. Horrible experience! We come to San Antonio 2-3 weekends a month and have never stayed at a place that was so uncomfortable. The front desk “manager” Elena, listened to the videos of the sounds I recorded all night, apologized and gave me $25 off my room. I’mnSorry but I paid $189 for my room and could have probably had a better night sleep at a motel 6.

Weekends are def more chaotic. Staff was friendly and accommodating.nRoom had bit of musty smell if we didn’t leave the ac running all the time.nAnd while it’s nice to offer breakfast when lots aren’t the weekday microwave heated stuff was very disappointing!nHot breakfast tacos on weekends were good though.

Hotel was clean, but beds are HARD! I always love a firm bed, but these were so so hard. This hotel is in a nice part of town though, and is close to a lot of things.
