TownePlace Suites by Marriott San Antonio Northwest at The RIM

So noisy! From the constant traffic to the loud guests, slamming doors, rattling pipes, big feet stomping overhead. I was miserable and didn't sleep a wink. The room itself is a strange layout with a tiny foyer (?) you have to enter to get to the room. I will say the kitchen is very nice with a full size stove and oven. The couch is uncomfortable. The bedroom is tiny with too much furniture squeezed in but the closet is nice. Get some insulation or something and I'd consider returning.

Reserved two adjoining rooms, with check in at 3:00PM. Arrived a bit early around 2:00PM, and just confirmed reservation with front desk. They said rooms would be ready at 3:00PM. Went a few blocks up the road to Best Buy, and came back around 3:30PM. Rooms weren’t ready so we waited around for a bit. Didn’t get rooms until 6:30PM, and not adjoining rooms. However, they did upgrade our rooms to include full kitchen.nnOverall, very nice hotel, and very close to all the great shops at The Rim. My only minor complaint would be the loud doors. You can quietly shut the doors while exiting the rooms by turning handle, but upon entering it’s extremely loud. Our neighbors were in and out until about 4:00AM, and it was very loud every time the doors were opened and closed.

It's home away from home. Fix the elevator and the rating goes up to a 5. Staff and Managers are all super service oriented.

Newly built end of 2020. Nice modern decent sized rooms. Bed comfortable and hot showers with good water pressurenCOVID guidelines followed.nnBooked oversized king suite. Provided extra room for our extended stay. fire pit outside. Pool. No hot tub. Gym well equipped.

After a flood in our home we have been here now two weeks the staff is like family and service is fantastic rooms have small kitchen with stove for cooking and even laundry room also outside is kept super clean with firepit and new grills I would highly recommend keep in mind below is a bit messy but it was all made up when we moved in
