Where should I start... We called ahead of time before to make sure they will have the pool open. That was the whole point of booking the rooms in this hotel because we're we were staying there was no pool. So we get there the next day and the pool was close... We went to the front desk and my husband asked about the pool and the guy in the front desk was so rude said it was closed because of the weather!! It wasn't raining! I looked outside where the pool.is at and it was dirty. Well when I checked the beds one of the pillow cases was dirty like a footprint and the sheets were dirty with hairs in them so I called the from desk and they send someone to change them. The guy who went was nice and looked embarrassed but the lady she rolled her eyes are me and gave me this smirk. The carpet was dirty and the floor from the restroom was dirty. Really bad service over all. It is spring break so other places were booked.
Awesome Hotel had a wonderful time staying here. The staff was on point and my room was great. I was here for business and I will be back!!
Very nice and professional staff, clean rooms overall loved it would stay there again...nThanks to the manager Tapan whom was very attentive.
Manager was very unprofessional and rude. Had to cancel my reservation due to certain reasons and the Manger was not understanding, when trying to explain he was rude and then he went on to scream, cuss, and insult me. I made a complaint to Hotels.com and made a complaint to corporate office as well . In the end I got a refund from hotels.com so that was a good thing out of this so very upsetting experience .
Wow Iam definitely one of those people to never leave a review. But I have too this was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The first room I was put in was filthy. This is covid times so that was odd. Also went to take a shower and there was no hot water. They switched us to a new room that was slightly cleaner. However still no hot water. As we were checking out I wanted to speak with management and the manager wanted to hear none of it. Didn’t offer any sort of solution. Extremely rude he started yelling at me almost immediately. So I left it there knowing I would be calling the cooperate office. The manager proceeded to threaten me calling me out of my name and was Instigating a physical fight. Do your self the favor and do not stay at this establishment.
