Friendly, helpful staff! Nice rooms, comfortable beds! We reserved a two queen suite that could easily sleep 5 (maybe 6) with a sleeper sofa. Breakfast had some nice choices with hot food even during COVID. Only disappointment was the pool didn't feel as temperature regulated as advertised.
Loved it here. Rented 2 rooms for a staycation with my daughter and her friends. The staff at the front desk were all very courteous and attentive and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area, and the complimentary happy hour and breakfast are bonuses. I highly recommend this hotel.
Great hotel! We stayed during the crazy winter storm and were very pleased with the room, staff, and overall cleanliness. The bar and other amenities were very nice too.
Very impressed with this hotel. I brought my own cleaning supplies, due to covid, but didn't need them - room was very clean. Beds were amongst the best and most comfortable that we've experienced in a hotel. The happy hour was a nice touch - free drinks and snacks. Breakfast was hot and served to you (because of Covid). Everyone was very friendly. Location felt safe, plenty of parking. Pool is pretty small, but my kids didn't mind. I could see it getting crowded pretty quickly, but we didn't have that issue. Would definitely stay here again for future visits to San Antonio.
Spent three days looking over reviews and came across this one. I honestly thought I was choosing a CLEAN hotel. Arriving to our room I still did a quick wipe down just for the sake of my peace due to this was my family's first time out after a whole year in our home to prevent us from covid. Everything seemed good until it was ud83dudebf time. To my surprise I see a ball of hair on the wall as I start to look around I see more hair on the corners this was by far the most devestating disgusting experience. I can only imagine how other things in room may have not even been wiped down.
