I had an amazing experience while visiting for the first time! I called regarding tire repair and the rep answered all my questions in a professional manner. When I arrived I was greeted by one person outside the shop and two more people inside; everyone was ready and willing to help! Mr. Rick assisted me and he went above and beyond. Rick offered amazing customer service and above all, he is the most honest and trustworthy person I have meet in a long tome. Rick gained my trust and because of him and the overall experience I had while visiting, I will come back to shop for gear and maybe another bike.

My experience was nothing short of amazing. Anyone trying to buy a bike, especially a high end one during Covid knows it’s going to take months to get what you want, especially if you are picky. From my very first experience, Gabby was great. She got exactly what I wanted on order, helped me decide on the features I wanted and wasn’t sure about and generally put me at ease. She kept me “in the loop” on all the updates and ultimately got me the bike I wanted 2 months faster than expected. That was just the buying portion.nnI went in today for my fitting and the personalized service and professionalism from Gabby fitting me, then over to the installation mechanics making every detail the way I wanted it and then owner himself walking me outside and inspecting the bicycle before I left was outstanding.nnI will never buy a bike anywhere else and I’ll happily pay for that kind of service. Best bike shop I’ve been in hands down.

One of the best experiences I have had at a local bike shop. Rick was able to diagnose the issue with my bike that two others shops couldn’t figure out. On top of that, he fixed my poorly installed bar tape, installed by me, without charge to add a nice finishing touch. I actually got my bike back within a few hours on the same day of dropping it off. You can’t beat their service and I’ll be a regular there from now on due to their professional and friendly nature.

I've been in a lot of bike shops and this place is hands down the best. I'm not a local guy but every time I go there they treat you so well. The prices are reasonable and they have plenty of products on hand. There service is outstanding. They do what they say.

Former USCF racer, turned leisure and family rider. Moved from NYC to San Antonio and went to Britton's looking for a shop which stocks something besides the usual Trek, Specialised, Giant, Cannondale line-up. These guys had a tremendous inventory of bikes from top manufacturers (though slightly less mainstream) . I was particularly impressed with the brands they carried (very tech and design forward) and with their ability to configure bikes to a comfortable price point for the customer. I really think this is one of those places where the experience of the staff creates a massive intangible value for the buyer. Great work guys.
