Luke is an absolute professional. He used technology along with experience, to give us an honest recommendation of the work that needed completed. He went out of his way to ensure we understood what we were getting, when his team would be on site, what to expect, etc. He was on site at critical times when the work and clean-up were happening, and he made sure the job was completed to his standard. Then, he did something very rare nowadays - he followed up, twice, after the job was completed, to make sure we were still happy with the work. I would use Luke again for future work, and would recommend this veteran business to my family and friends.
After getting a good recommendation from a home builder. i contacted Luke at Knowater Roofing. I own a commercial building on I-35 with a tenant. I met Luke at the building and reviewed the roof with Luke and my tenant. He gave me a detailed opinion and a bid. I accepted it on the spot. Luke and his crew showed up on time and ready to work with proper equipment and and the materials to get it done. My tenant needed it done in two stages to minimize the loss of business. Luke did this cheerfully. There were two major leaks and tree limb storm damage with minor leaking. He build a custom top cover for the unused chimney (I should have been done years ago), new flashing for the chimney, new flashing for a oven vent, sealing, painting and sheet rocking inside and replacing the damaged part of the roof. The work included painting, full clean up, sealing inside and out and debris removal. This was done on time and under budget. A strong recommendation. Roy T
I was provided with a very comprehensive estimate and each item and its function was explained.nWithin two or three days, the crew arrived early in the morning and began removing the old roofing. The new roofing material arrived and was unloaded. By the end of the day the old roofing had been removed and hauled away. At the same time, the underlayment had been installed and the crew departed for the day.nEarly the next morning the crew arrived and began installing the new roof. By the end of the day, the job was finished, the job site policed and the crew departed. The end product was outstanding in workmanship and appearance.nI have gone into this much detail to show the efficiency of the crew. My roof was very large and they managed to complete the job in two days.nI would recommend this company to anyone wanting a speedy and efficient roof replacement.
