I feel like some Days Inns are starting to get better, but I wouldn't say this was one of them. The customer service could use some work. It just felt like she was rushing me through the checkin process. I stay in hotels 4 nights a week and this is one that I probably won't go out of my way to stay in again.
Wasn’t clean super dusty like if room wasn’t cleaned in along time , bed had a lot of dust under pillows we didn’t even pull up covers good thing we had our own blanket ! Shower walls had mold, closet had a whole on wall . My family has allergies and we all couldn’t stop sneezing due to all the dust that kept flying up when moving things . Not good. Cleaning lady was super nice though!
Costs more than advertised on Google. Rude morning guest-counter employees. Skimpy breakfast. NO toast or waffles. Employees would rather rude-splain this to each guest than post a sign. Still using the pandi as an excuse to be lazy & cheap with breakfast, imagine that.
Good place to stay, needs an upgrade on the beds, but staff were friendly and helpful!
Advertise as having an indoor pool. However, it's too cold for kids to swim in it. The hot tub, same. When inquired at front desk, staff are fully aware of the issues at pool/hot tub and said nothing about it getting fixed. Room key, had to be reprogrammed each time we needed into our room. Pillows terrible. Bed terrible. 4 guests staying in room, but only 3 towels and washcloths. Noise of hwy, is real!
