Extended Stay Memphis

This hotel was just bought by extended stay and they have been working around the clock to make updates and changes to make it look newer. But i can say they are doing wonderful things to it. New paint, new huge flat screen tv, new floors, new beds, all kinds of updates. Give them try and they also do weekly rates that are the best in the area.

I stayed here last year when it was an awful excuse for a hotel.nThis new improvement is well overdue. Great prices. You get what you pay for. People whining about the area, literally no one bothers you. Period.nMy room wasn't furnished with microwave or refrigerator causing a mild inconvenience. WE will live.nJust paid for my second week.nnI HAVE HOTEL/HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE IF YOU NEED HELP! ud83dude0a

Hello I’m visiting from Chicago. I was supposed to check in at 11:30 and they told me my check - in wasn’t until 3pm. It didn’t say on the website that check - ins were at 3pm. The customer service was horrible and I would like a refund. I don’t feel safe in this place at all.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful..That's the extent of the good things. A roach, of the Marijuana variety, was found in one of the drawers. A roach, of the insect variety, was found touring the bathroom. Mold on the Air Conditioner. 2-way door to another unit is not on a frame and does not have a lock. The ceiling above the shower has a whole and is leaking an unknown substance. Also, booking.com indicated a fridge, stove, and microwave, none of which were present.

Great service at front desk but rooms are poorly cleaned..no phone no trash can and tv only has like 3-4 channels!!?
