Best Western Plus Morristown Conference Center Hotel

Large, older BW that has been renovated. The staff was super sweet and accommodating! Breakfast was good. The sticker across the door indicated a room that had been sanitized, but the switch plates were smudged with goo and the floor was so dirty I had to wash my feet before putting on shoes. The bed was comfy and the pillows soft. Overall a good stay.

We pulled in at about 1 am. We were all exhausted the staff was very nice . The room was clean except for minor things. The room had a nice cool feel to it . The breakfast in the morning was pretty good to be free . It was definitely a good spot for us I would stay again on my next trip.

Exterior is dated but room was pleasant and clean. Breakfast was okay. More options than I thought but dining room is closed. You either have to eat in your room or take it on the road.

My husband and I stayed here for New Years before heading to Nashville. Nothing was wrong with the room or with the staff that we encountered... however, when calling and asking about 2 items that we KNEW we left, were told that they weren't found. One of the items (a black elbow brace) wasn't that big of a deal, but the other item was a $300 whiskey barrel watch that was engraved on the back. Very disappointed that our items weren't put into lost and found like they should have been. Had that not happened, I would have given 4 maybe 5 stars.

Excellent!! Staff is outstanding. They have a wonderful handicapped room which made my elderly mother happy. Pet friendly rooms on first floor.Top it off with lovely hot breakfast. Thank you Best Western for for wonderful stay.
