I don't know why people give them low ratings? I was there and everyone was so sweet and nice to me. They made sure I was okay an comfortable. I never felt so relaxed at doctors office before. Thank Y'all.

not very friendly and kinda slow even with an appointment

The doctors are very thorough, friendly and caring. The office staff is friendly. They let you ask questions and they explain things well. I recommend them highly.

I have been under the care of Jamie Graves for more than a year now. I have made it very clear to her that I have been in constant pain along with other physical symptoms. She always just seemed to look at me as if I had 2 heads. She never seemed to take anything serious. And whatever prescriptions I have received from her it was like pulling teeth. In July I was admitted to the hospital with sepsis/acute renal failure. Cherokee never informed me that my kidneys were failing. In December she did blood work that definitely showed my kidneys were failing, I was not notified by Jamie. Yesterday I went to a kidney specialist and I found out I am in stage 3 renal failure!!! Stage 3!! And this diagnosis was made by the chart he received from Cherokee along with a urine specimen given that day! So all the symptoms I have been feeling was real Jamie! All the pain, nausea, vomiting. That has gone untreated by you. I called Cherokee today because I would like to know how this severe of a diagnosis can go undiagnosed? Nobody returned my call. My next call is too my attorney.
