They were very prompt getting my prescriptions ready @ the pharmacy. The staff is professional and polite. They do require a face covering and all the staff is wearing them as well. Their prices on most products beat most of the other pharmacies or @ least are in the same range... great place, would highly recommend.

Major issue ! you can't talk with a person you have to hear a recording ! For People that are at work this is SOOO aggravating !

Poor customer service.. can never get a timely call thru to anyone. (Called twice yesterday and one of the wait times on call was 12 minutes still never spoke to anyone. Other was more than 9 mins.also didnt get to speak to anyone).. wait times often ridiculous for prescriptions..I helped urge my parent to become a customer here..pharmacy..for his prescriptions monthly..he cant read hardly anything at all nor write..they do not offer extra courteous service to him and makes it extremely hard on him.. they have almost gotten to be a joke whereas years back were so much better than this to their customers!

I would like to thank Brent in the pharmacy for helping us locate eyedrops for my husband today. He went above and beyond to locate the prescription we needed at another local pharmacy. So happy that we can count on CVS to help us when needed! Thank you, Brent!
