I visited this location for a rapid COVID test. They were slow so I was seen before my reserved time. You do your own test here. The store was clean and all associates were friendly and professional.

I have no clue why there are all these negative reviews! I’ve had nothing but great experiences with their pharmacy staff. They have always been prompt and pleasant, and even check for the lowest price via GoodRX for me.nnOh, and they always promptly answer the phone.

This is the WORSE store in the chain! I look forward to having different insurance so I am not forced to use them. Ordered a refill days ago. Yesterday was told I could pick it up after 2 p.m. today. Today at 3 p.m. was told it was out of stock. The attendant offered ZERO help -- didn't order from another store or anything!

I have ways found the staff to be very helpful, and my prescriptions are always on time. They will mail your meds also, if you request it. I have lived here over 2 years and have honestly never had a problem. Thank you, CVS Soddy staff.
