My room was nice & very clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. I even got a delicious cookie and drink for being a Hilton member. My stay was pleasant. Thanks!
We attended a wedding after party this past Saturday 10/03. I had the steak meal. It tasted not so great, and the dinner rolls were like hockey pucks. You could barely rip them apart or bite into them. I am guessing they were too old or left out that day for too long. I would definitely NOT recommend this place for wedding parties just based on the food alone.
I requested adjoining rooms on the top floor the day before arrival because we were coming from California and our plane would be in late. The girl told me NO PROBLEM. When we arrived the rooms were not available. I think that is wrong! This was a special occasion and they spoiled it for us. They gave us rundown rooms on a lower floor. Shame on you Neenah Staff! In response to your comment: If the room were remodeled in 2017, why is the grout around the tub black and the carpets worn and frayed. It tells me that you are not keeping it up!
Room is clean and comfortable. Front desk is helpful.
The lobby is beautiful and always clean. Great hotel to stay at or use as a renting space for meetings.
