Very clean hotel. Nice room. This would've been a 5 star review but this hotel is not in a safe area. 27 cars were broken into during our stay including mine on the early morning of Feb. 7th, 2021. We were told the hotel was not responsible for personal vehicles as most hotels aren't.
Came in for a Day Stay. One of the only Hotels in Columbia that offers the option.nStaff was friendly. Room was very clean, very comfortable. Hotel has plenty of amenities; basketball court, pool, gym.nI will be staying again.
I've had my 3rd stay here. The lobby snacks are obscenely priced but there's a good variety. Franklin has always been very accommodating during each of my stays.
Room was immaculate, breakfast offering was adequate. Next stay I'll request a room on the back side, front was too noisy from I-77.
Going downhill. This used to be a pretty nice place but as time goes by seems like management is not doing much to keep it up. Phone is not working lamps not working lamps hanging at odd angles and in bad condition because they’ve been missed treated not repaired. Cabinet doors hanging off refrigerator shelves missing. The staff are pretty nice though.
