The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean; however, the rest of the room was not clean all all. Sink and shower were dirty. Dead bug on bathroom floor. 1/2 used lotion left for us as if it was new. Doors and walls need washed or painted. We have stayed in other Quality Inns before this one is not Quality.
Stayed one time and won't stay again. The tub leaked all night long. I was supposed to pay roughly 79$ for one night as that is what it was booked for. They changed the price charging me 89$ now I know why the front desk clerk lied about me getting a receipt because they changed the price. They can't say anything was left messed up in that room to price boost. Use this location as a last resort.
Enjoyed my stay..nice comfortable beds .rooms well maintained. One of the better hotels in Columbia..
Nice clean place. Very quiet. Friendly staff.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Long story short: sheets were not cleaned, clear stains that I could wipe off myself (eww), tub was clogged and my non smoking room smelled like smoke. When I called to receive a refund the front desk associate lied about how I didnt mention the all the issues to her...then when I asked for the name of the owner she said she couldnt give me his first name only to ask for Mr.Patel...which is one of the most common names in Indian culture. I dont write many reviews but this was absolutely the worst hotel experience I have had. You'd think with COVID going around the rooms would actually be cleaned.
