Very clean. Friendly staff
I give this hotel a single star because there is nothing to give it less. I have stayed many times at the Hampton Inn and suites and have never had an experience like this. The room was dirty and dusty everywhere. The padding of the desk chair was all ripped. The shower curtain with black slime. The air vent full of dust. This room was disgusting in the middle of a pandemic. Poor maintenance and cleanliness to say the least. I do not recommend this Hampton Inn to anybody.
Honestly would give 0 stars if I could. We were given our first room and there were stains on the linen. Then we were given a second room with feces left over in the toilet. Then we were escorted through several other rooms and they were just as bad. In Covid times when people are focused on cleanliness and when the website advertises a high standard of cleaning, I am beyond disappointed. Would 12/10 recommend the Home 2 suites across the street though :)
I have stayed here several times. The rooms are spacious and clean. I did not have a clean stay seal on my door but I brought microban and lysol with me so I didn't make a fuss. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and I will continue to enjoy every other weekend here. Food and highway close by as well.
Stayed at this hotel the end of January - we had 5 different rooms and each one had soiled linen, no soap in our bathrooms and heat worked sparingly and last but certainly not least someone stole items from our luggage. I tried reaching out to the General Manager to no avail. We will NEVER EVER patronize this establishment again and will be telling all our friends & family to do the same!
