Great hotel to stay at. The evening desk lady was great. The beds are amazing! The only thing that sucked was breakfast. They only had oatmeal or bagels. The bagels were still frozen solid and could not be pried open to attempt to toast.
The facility is new and we loved the lobby! The location was nice and quiet, which we loved. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. One of the beds did not appear to be changed. Hairs were all over the sheets. The bathroom had two blue rags that looked like they were brought from someone's home. The staff, on day two, was friendly. Please don't give your guests rags that are torn. These should be used for something else. I expect more from Hilton.
Room was nice and very clean. I had an excellent sleep in my bed & got great customer service from front desk. This hotel is near columbiana mall, downtown, & the zoo! I would recommend this hotel & stay here again.
This hotel is beautiful and clean. Staff super friendly; room is awesome. Check in time is quick. Just a great place to stay.
Check in was smooth and the bed was clean and comfortable. My toilet was still dirty, not to the point it was filthy but wasn't cleaned good. Front desk staff is lazy. I use to work at a hotel so when the night person told me I couldn't pay for the snacks in the lobby and he had to charge it to my room, i knew he just didn't want to do the extra paperwork. When I woke up for breakfast, no coffee was out and no one was at the front desk or in sight.
