The memories add to my stars!!! Time machine to late 90's. Waiting for my hubby to get out of base. Thank you for a warm welcome stay for your soldiers & family. All locations get all stars!
The place looked classy from the outside, I tried going in but my Drill Sergeant screamed at me and made me do push-ups for running out of the formation. Still 5 stars cause people said it was great
I fully enjoyed my stay with IHG Holiday Inn Express Fort Jackson. I stayed from Aug to Sep 2020 during the time where NCOA started rescheduling ALC students during covid and implemented the mandatory 14 day quarantine. Good thing that i was able to get a room with a kitchen facility so i can cook my own food inside my room. The staff were great! I asked them to print my flight itinerary or my student notes even though its more than 10 pages. Maintenance was fast as when i called for repair of my sink garbage disposal, a repairman was there within 5 mins. Also, its good to know that they have to-go breakfast so after PT i just went ahead and do a grab and go before heading to my room. Its also nice that you can order online and get it shipped (Fedex or UPS only) to your hotel instead of the school house (USPS). Lastly, the checkout was easy and fast. Overall i would give them 5 of 5 stars for making my stay in Fort Jackson during covid19 bearable.
This was the 3rd stay at this location & as usual it was great! Staff went out of their way to help in anyway! The rooms are fresh & clean, breakfast is awesome and the beds are so comfortable!! I will always go back & stay each time I am in the area!! Thanks to y’all!!
The suites are clean and spacious. Only rating 4 stars due to the hot breakfast was worth skipping. It was the worst hotel breakfast in recent memory. Plan your visit around graduations if possible. The price is higher the night before graduation. I would stay here again due to the convenience of having a place to gather for family and friends day.
