I'm local in the Columbia area. Needed a little get away. I checked in with comfort in on 3/30-4/5/21 and absolutely enjoyed myself. Peace and quietness. No disturbance. Had a king size bed that was comfortable (Absolutely no bed bugs or any sort). Cleaning service Ladies were absolutely wonderful. Mrs. Lily Patel and the other Lady, so sorry can't remember her name. Excellent room service. Christian people I would like to say and believe. Very professional and loving people. The Manager Nik Patel and assuming assistant manager Rich, gave SUPERIOR customer service. Breakfast etc......clean environment. Whenever I should need a get away again, I will definitely be going back there. Home away from home. A GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE STAFF. 5 STARS PLUS PLUS PLUS.n-TONYA R.
The front desk Lady was so kind and helped us learn how to use the key to get into our room. Very comfy beds and very clean room. Only spent 1 night to sleep and then finish our trip but we really enjoyed our stay
I cannot offer much about this location. We were expected a little nicer accommodations. From the outside it did not show well so we didnt stay. It may be a wonderful place but honestly I do not know.
Check in staff was great, room was very clean, and there was free continental breakfast. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay again when in the area.
I have been staying at this Hotel for the last 24 years, and their customer service and attention to detail has never waivered. As a traveling sales rep working in the Columbia area, you owe it to yourself to give Nikul and his staff an opportunity to serve your travel needs.
