Military Beware!!!nThe hired staff are pretty good, but the owners will manipulate the charges; thinking that others are too illiterate to catch it. My military discount, was only applied to one day, instead of 2. When I brought it to the owner's attention, she actually tried justifying it by explaining average daily price over time; rather than military rate times number of nights stay. To make matters worse, she charge my card a $25 late fee because I waited to talk to her before renewing for a week. And she tried to get me to pay that charge twice. I had to prove to her on my phone that it was already paid before she would unlock the door for me to get my stuff. And when she finally did so, she did it with a severe attitude, as if she were dealing with a second class human being. If you do stay there, dont ever give these people your real card. Use a prepaid, one with only the right amount of funds due to them.
Please, do not stay here. Wife and I showed up in the evening, vagrants smoking in the parking lot, cops circling constantly. Ordered delivery but the driver was too afraid to bring it to the room. She said she “did not want to die here” and was accosted by several people while she waited for me to come get it. I ended up googling the place and come to find that someone was shot to death while staying here recently. We left immediately.
Very clean, people are nice. Had room for truck and trailer. Would recommend this place.
The toilet did not work.. No remote for the tv.. And the last straw was we found bed bugs in the bed in the middle of the night! We left immediately and asked for a refund!! So unhappy! :(
This the worst i done seen yet. This is room 135. I attempted to call the front desk but baby the phone look like it had not been wiped in years the floor nasty big flower drawn on the wall. People fighting in the parkinglot etc. Stay away unless u coming to trap it out.
