Where do I start, great staff! Customer service is awesome. Check in and out process is fast and easy.
I stay at this Fairfield whenever I visit my son in Simpsonville. I understand the check in time is 3 PM but have never been turned away from a hotel when I arrived early unless it was extremely busy. And trust me they weren’t. I arrived at 12 PM and was told they had no rooms ready. This entire hotel, house keeping had not cleaned 1 room by 12 PM? And better yet would not have one ready for another hour and a half until 1:30. Seriously? She didn’t even offer to hold all the luggage I dragged in. I will look for other accommodations next time I come.
Enjoyed our stay. The staff is professional. The Inn is clean and has been well maintained or refurbished. Great location to get around in this area. Would recommend and stay here again.
Hotel n maintenence is good but not up to the standards of Marriott.
