The location is great. Access to the highway is close but....Upon arrival the lobby floor, seats and carpet looked like it wasn't vacuumed in several days including the elevator. This hotel is above average price for the south so I expected it to be clean. The pool was under maintenance not listed in the booking so there was no pool. For the price I thought it should be a little bit more nicer in my opinion. I also had a issue with a neighbor throwing trash outside her door. It was gross. Over all the rooms seemed clean but can't imagine they were based on the hallway and lobby. I won't be back until there's some major improvement in cleaning.

Most of the staff was polite and welcoming. The clerk who checked me in was not. I stayed a total of 6 nights and had the advertised hot breakfast once. There was only one employee who could make breakfast and she was having issues getting up in the morning. I had to get the distict manager involved to get my room cleaned daily. I paid the full price for less than full price service. Do NOT stay at this hotel until there is a management change.

Nice place. Easy checking. Mask ordinance posted on entry. Too many entitled people sitting in lobby and eating area(just sitting) with teenaged children and absolutely no mask wearing. I'm not sure who is supposed to enforce this but and ordinance posting is to be followed by everyone. No wonder we can't contain the spread of this pandemic

The breakfast was not great grits was half done turkey sausage was half done eggs was only thing that was done decent. Stayed there 2 nights with family at a family funeral weekend and was suppose to get a group discount and nothing. I will probably not go there in the future. They didn't even clean the room the next day while we were gone. One of the maids had made a rude comment to one of my kids with the elevator door as it was closing on her. Like there's no sensor on the to stop a child from getting crushed. Never again.
