This was the nicest motel in richburg until they built the holiday inn. So now its the second nicest. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Pet friendly hotel

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, a/c was horrible and made noises all night. The other complaint was my room key being deactivated an hour before my check out! Not worth the price.

Stayed on 12/4 on an impromptu break in driving to Ohio from Florida. All we wanted was a place to lay our head and a hot shower to continue our journey the next day. The shower had zero hot water even after letting it run for 20 minutes and jiggling the faucet as front desk instructed. Also, in the middle of the night was woke up by something big crawling across my neck. I grabbed it and threw it. It made a smack hitting the wall.nnThe next morning brought all of this to the front desk attention and she told me nobody had hot water that night and owner was on the way in to see what the problem was.nnNo offer of discount or comp for the room or quality of the services. We left by 6:30 am very disappointed and really disappointed that we had not heard back from the owner. Stayed a total of a little over 4 hours and all I get is her standard I’m sorry we will be better next time reply on here. I learn from my mistakes. There will be no next time.

The front desk staff was wonderful. Room was clean and if it wasn't for the construction noise during the day it would have been perfect. Would stay again.
