After reading others comments I felt the need to leave my own review. It is apparent no one who took the time to comment truly understands how a pharmacy works, as well as fail to understand they are not the only customer a pharmacy serves at any given time. I have had nothing but EXCELLENT customer service, and have never be treated with anything other than respect every time I have to go to the pharmacy. Sure I’ve had to wait at times for scripts, but waiting happens anywhere, as for the complaint about the calling and how confusing it is...have you tried calling anywhere these days...THEY ARE ALL CONFUSING no matter where you call.

I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service and respect in general from this store. I moved my sons prescription here because the bypass never had it in stock. Initially things were great. Lately, things have been terrible. I called on 9/26 to get a refill and needed to speak with a tech to get it filled and I was on hold for 15 minutes the first time and my call was disconnected. The second time I called, I was on hold for over thirty minutes. I drove to the store while I was still on hold. When I arrived, there were five pharmacy calls waiting to be picked up. This is ridiculous. If calls couldn’t be answered then a message should have been left for customers. However, I saw no reason why the phone couldn’t be answered. There were enough people working that could have managed to pick up a line. This is bad business and Walgreens is looking better and better. A friend of mine posted that she too had been on hold for over ten minutes for the second time and was never recognized so she hung up. This is what caused me to post my review. It wasn’t just one day. This bad business is continuing.

We moved and this one is just down the road from my house now. It never fails that the pickup line is always slow and backed up. It’s supposed to be quick and painless but unfortunately this one is always painful inside and out. Take the time and drive across town it will still be faster.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Doesn’t deserve the one star. You’ll wait hours and hours for medications to be ready after they tell you it’ll be 15 mins. If you’re looking for a pharmacy it’s not this one!! Or if you have sick kids that need their medicine as soon as possible go somewhere else!! Multiple people were complaining in the waiting area about how long the wait has been for them. The one on the bypass is actually better.
