South End Pharmacy is fantastic! The service is always top notch, the staff is friendly and they always provide detailed information about your prescriptions to help you feel comfortable about the medicines you are taking. Prescriptions are always filled in a timely manner and you get that one on one treatment you just can’t get at a big chain pharmacy. I feel like Norm on Cheers when I walk in the door! I just can’t say enough good things about South End Pharmacy. We are lucky to have a small business like this in Rock Hill, especially a pharmacy, that makes you feel at home.

Super friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. I use South End for every member of my family. They don’t mind the 1,000 questions I ask for one simple prescription and they listen to all my concerns without rolling their eyes. I mean… who does that? They also have a drive through, for those days when you are in a hurry. It’s a win, win for everyone but mostly me. Never will I ever go to a big chain pharmacy again.

It is very rude to walk away from a customer. I would understand if I had never used this pharmacy for the same supplies since 2018.nnI needed a smaller needle for comfort like a 30ga. I had my prescription for 25ga so it's not like I was looking for something that I should not have. I just don't need a 25ga for sub Q injections.nnI was told that they do not carry insulin syringes and she walked away while I'm trying to figure out why I am hearing this.nnI know that they have what i was asking for. I have seen them while getting my flu shot.nnCarolina Pharmacy was more than happy to help after seeing the prescribed syringe and the prescription.nnMy family will be transferring our business to Carolina Pharmacy. How could I ever trust them with my meds when they are dishonest about other things? A dishonest person is exactly that.nnIf you don't want to provide a product for whatever reason, say no but be honest about it.
