Great country-like location. Since this place is just outside of Oshkosh, It doesn't have those annoyances that come with city living. It is quiet, I can have things outside and they won't get stolen, the people are very friendly and you can actually see stars at night because it gets dark at night! It is also close enough to the city so a trip into town is no big deal. The rooms in the motel are also quite nice. The only down to Josef's Motel is the price. Although affordable, I find it a bit over priced which docked the rating by one star. All things considered however, it is a great place to live & rent monthly or for a short term but extended stay. I highly, highly recommend it. Available rooms don't come around too often though, there may be one available every few months so getting one could be difficult.
