The hotel was nice and the customer service was good. But, my truck was broken into and $30,000 worth of tools stolen. I know this wasn't their fault. I parked in a well lit area against the building under their security cameras. I was 10 feet from a camera that had the video quality of the 90's. I feel that if the employees were monitoring the hotel at night they should have noticed someone creeping through the parking lot in a car.
Terrible customer service. Wifi didn't work. Absolutely no attempt on their part to make anything right.
Nice size and clean rooms. Managers on duty were helpful. Next time I pass through this area I will be stopping here again
Room bath and shower was very good ; however, breakfast bag to go was sorry. Muffin was very dry maybe stale and warm o-juice was awful.
The room was very clean and comfortable. A nice hotel to stay at while spending time at the casino across the street.
