Pharmacy is absolutely the worst. I’ve been hung up on. My wife has been hung up on. There is always a double line 5 cars deep in the drive thru. Go to the Walgreens in Yukon or the one on 23rd. Upper management really needs to take a closer look at this store.
This walgreens is okay, but they take their time doing anything and aren't very nice
Dropped off a prescription on the 5th and was told it was out of stock and hoped it would be in Monday. I never recvd a text or a call so i gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them another week. I call this morning and was told by a young lady that it was ready for pickup..low and behold they still dont have it in stock. Shame on me for not calling sooner. I havent had any problems up until now. Not sure if they were just extremely busy and she didnt want to look. Also shame on me for not catching her name. But not once has anyone offered to call doctor for maybe something different or to see if another store has it.
They don't have any limits posted anywhere for things except hand sanitizer! There are limits on virtually everything in the store which you don't find out about til you get to check out!
