Bad breakfast!! If people are going to pay you for a bed and breakfast you need to give it to them or let them know over the internet and before check in to the hotel!! The rooms are clean and the jacuzzi tub was refreshing after slipping into that tub you troubles melt away while watching the TV at the same time that was my Scarface moment lol ud83dude02 but the rest of the stay was very nice we went to the casino just minutes away.nnThank you for having us.

I called this hotel three times for group pricing. I asked for the sales manager or their email address so I could get pricing for the group block. I was hung up on all three times. Not a word was said she just hung up the phone.

I was given the wrong room, then was given a room with no heat, finally got the right room. Maintenance was never here when needed. Went to customer service in middle of the night, no one was at front counter, I even called no answer. Front counter lady was sleep and seemed drunk. I took a pic. The only good thing about hotel was breakfast, the lady that was serving was nice, food was good, except fruit , it was soggy. Hotel had bugs in walkway, i got pic to show, price was terrible, and I booked 2 months in advance. I am very disappointed.

Staff always missing from the front desk. Third floor room smelled awful. Elevator went out with no indication of when it would be repaired. Crickets EVERYWHERE. Guests allowed to let children run wild and disturb many rooms' reasonable expectation of considerate behavior without the staff doing anything. Don't stay here.

Checked in Aug. 22, 2019. The check-in process was very slow I had a reservation) but friendly enough. Room was clean but the bathroom ceiling fan did not work and the light above the sink did not work. My sister went to the lobby for a soft drink, she stood at the front desk to pay (no vending machines on our floor), no one acknowledged her, she stood there for well over 10 minutes. Later that same evening my sister got an ice cream from the lobby freezer, the lady at the desk did not know how to ring it up. I think she was being trained because a different woman came over to help. I said I'm paying cash....still couldn't figure it out. I got frustrated and told them to put it on my room bill. My son also stayed the same night....he woke up Friday morning with bugs crawling on him. He didn't know if they were bedbugs or not, he didn't get any bites on him. He quickly showered, got his things and left the room. Often there was no one at the front desk.
