First the lady at the front desk was a tad bit rude, then once checked in, there were no towels except for hand and floor mat. I checked in late and requested to push my check out time from 11am to 1130 am and who ever answered ten front desk phone was absolutely awful and acted really stuck up.nIf I could rate less than one star l, I would. I definitely DO NOT recommend.
DONT STAY HERE!!!! Horrible Customer Service from management. Front office clerk was sweet and more professional than the assistant manager. They should promote the office clerk to assistant manager. The rooms were filthy... trash under the bed was disgusting. From the top down, this hotel is not properly maintained.
Rooms are dirty!! And I could hear everything from someone above my room stomping around at 3 am to the hotel doors slamming all night would definitely not recommend.
The hotel was ok, it was quiet and the beds were comfy. I gave it 2 stars because ovetall, it wasnt very clean. None of the hand sanitizer dispensers worked in the hotel. The refridgerator door, bathroom walls, and other surface areas in our had not been cleaned very well if at all. I know this because I wiped everything down myself with lysol wipes! With covid precautions in place you would think rooms would be immaculate. Not going to stay here again.
Pour management needed to stay one more night and they didn' let me said they were sold out and all booked up even when the guy said he'll hold me a spot they kicked me out of my room but the manager didn't recall that to be the case and I had to leave from work at Fort Sill base and go get my stuff before they boxed it up.
